La endocrina me la recomendó junto con la levadura de arroz rojo y los fitoesteroles por los niveles de colesterol, en conjunto me ha funcionado, en la analítica ha mejorado bastante el colesterol, yo soy intolerante a las estatinas. En general la recomiendo.
