It seems quite effective from the first dose, which is a positive point. However, according to what I have been told, the dissolution in water is not the best and it is quite difficult to mix it well. As for the taste, the cherry one is very sweet and can be cloying, while the orange one is more pleasant and easy to take.

Cherry flavor. My mother suffers from a lot of joint pain and has osteoarthritis, so I decided to try this product and give it to her as a gift. She has been taking it for 3 days so it is too early to see results. The smell is like a lollipop, strong, she says the taste is not bad but it must be like that too, similar to the same sweet, it dissolves well and with the spoon she crushes the few lumps that are left.

Good supplement for joint health

Since I have been taking this supplement it has become one of my daily essentials. I notice it in both knees and shoulders and it is amazing. It is not miraculous from one day to the next but its effects are noticeable. I've tried peach and it's really good and orange too. Don't imagine a juice flavor because they're not like that but it's not bad. I want to try the cherry one to give you my opinion.

Desde que tomo este suplemento se ha vuelto uno de mis esenciales en mi día a día. Lo noto tanto en rodillas como hombros y es una pasada. No es milagroso de un día para otro pero sus efectos se notan. He probado melocotón y está bueno la verdad y el de naranja también. No te imagines un sabor de zumo porque no son así pero no está malo. Quiero probar el de cereza para dejaros mi opinión.
