I have bought it several times and I can simply say that it works. Both my mother and I take it. We both have wear and tear on our knees and taking collagen in this way helps us a lot to be pain free by strengthening the joints. I take it on the days I exercise when my knees suffer the most and my mother takes it on a more regular basis. P.S: The best flavor is orange.

Lo tomamos tanto mi madre como yo. Ambos tenemos desgaste en rodillas y tomar colágeno de esta manera nos ayuda mucho a no tener dolor reforzando las articulaciones. Yo lo tomo los días que hago ejercicio en los que las rodillas sufren más y mi madre se forma más habitual.
