Does not work miracles
I have been taking it along with Evoflex and Hyaluronic Acid for a year. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and with everything I take that I have mentioned and exercises, it seems that the osteoarthritis is not getting worse and even at times, it is getting better. Although it does not work miracles, everything helps. The cherry flavor is too strong and sweet for my taste. Very cloying and I have to dissolve it in a lot of water to start taking it. I would be better off with a much milder flavor and without so much sweetener (which is not healthy either). I'm going to try the peach, which I've been told is better and dissolves better. The zip lock on the big bags is not very good.
Llevo tomándolo junto con Evoflex y Ácido hialurónico un año.
Tengo artrosis en las rodillas y con todo lo que me tomo que he mensionado y ejercicios, parece que la artrosis no va a más e incluso a temporadas, va mejor.
Aunque no hace milagros, todo ayuda.
El sabor de cereza es excesivamente fuerte y dulce para mi gusto. Muy empalagoso y tengo que disolver lo en un montón de agua para poder empezármelo a tomar.
Estaría mejo con un sabor mucho más suave y sin tanto edulcorante (que tampoco es sano).
Voy a probar el de melocotón, que me han dicho que está mejor y se disuelve mejor.
El cierre Zip de las bolsas grandes no va muy allá.
