Good combination of ingredients, good solubility, good taste (orange) and good value for money. I take it mainly for knee pain,one hour before training or going for a walk(on rest days). To assess effectiveness I will have to give it more time, but so far after running or walking no discomfort in the knee.

After a couple of weeks, it seems to be working... less pain in the joints. The composition of the product is very good and the orange flavor too. Only one drawback that I do not know if it will happen with other flavors, as you drop a little on the countertop and you give it with a cloth does not remove the stain, I called it the orange agent hehe .... very difficult to remove the stain from where the product falls, I do not know if it is because of the turmeric or some dye that takes. It would be good some neutral flavor that does not stain.
Después de un par de semanas, parece que ya va haciendo su efecto... menos dolor en las articulaciones. La La composición del producto es muy buena y el sabor naranja también. Solo una pega que no se si pasará con los demás sabores, como se te caiga un poco en la encimera y le des con una bayeta no se le quita la mancha, yo lo llamó el agente naranja jeje... muy difícil de quitar la mancha de donde caiga el producto, no se si será por la cúrcuma o algún colorante que lleve. Sería bueno algún sabor neutro que no manche.
