Very good product, does not prevent injuries but when you have a little joint pain it takes away the pain, the cherry flavor I do not like.

Very effective
Product recommended especially for glucosamine, a very useful supplement for joints. I use it because sometimes I have knee pain due to quadriceps extensions. In 2 or 3 doses it takes away the pain. It is great.
