The best of probiotics
At the first two feedings the intestines reacted quite a bit. I think the good bacteria were pushing out the bad bacteria. Then everything calmed down. I noticed an improvement in my mood, I didn't know what to blame it on. I read today that people with depression have reduced amounts of bifido bacteria. I think I have this effect and I am very happy about it.
