Good product

Highly recommended supplementation for the maintenance of the intestinal flora, being better to take it on an empty stomach for greater effect. The only thing I would change is the encapsulation format and put it in tablet form for better effect.

Suplementación muy recomendable para el mantenimiento de la flora intestinal, siendo mejor su toma en ayunas para mayor efecto. Lo único que cambiaría el formato de encapsulado y lo pondría en tableta para mejor efecto.

I have bought this product three times. After a month of using it, I noticed that my belly was not so bloated. The gas was gone and I was not so cranky due to the constant discomfort.
