I bought it to improve the immune system and to alleviate the effects of PCOS, along with other supplements. I don't notice any particular effect but I imagine it will do its job, I haven't caught a cold once this winter.

I liked it, the only thing I would change would be the canister to a smaller one, the canister comes in half its capacity and it costs a little bit to take them out so low.
Me ha gustado, lo único que cambiaría seria el bote a más pequeño, el bote viene por la mitad de su capacidad y cuesta un poco sacarlas tan abajo.
