Highly recommended

I bought it for the properties it has, Omega 3, Omega 6, Vitamin E, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc. I do not have a very healthy diet, so I always buy food supplements very often.

Excellent

Excellent hemp and flax oil beads. They serve for pain, as an anti-inflammatory and for relaxation. I used to use pure hemp oil as needed on joints and by mouth. I must say that by taking 1 pearl a day I am doing well.

Ottime perle di olio di canapa e lino. Servono per i dolori, come antinfiammatoro e per il rilassamento. Prima usavo l'olio puro di canapa al bisogno su articolazioni e per bocca. Devo dire che prendendo 1 perla al giorno mi trovo bene.

I was surprised

Besides sleeping a little better, what I have noticed is that I also wake up in a better mood, something that makes sense because it affects the cannabioid system, affecting the so-called "Bliss gene". On the other hand, and even better, it also affects another gene that reduces the intestinal inflammation !!!! that I was suffering from. On the downside, when taking it in the morning I have found that it makes me personally a bit sleepy (also makes sense).

Además de dormir algo mejor, lo que si he notado es que también me despierto de mejor humor, algo que tiene sentido pues afecta al sistema canabioide, afectando al llamado "Bliss gene". Por otra parte, y todavía mejor, también afecta a otro gen que reduce la inflamación intestinal!!!! que estaba padeciendo. Como contra, al tomarlo por la mañana he comprobado que personalmente me da algo de sueño (también tiene sentido).

Great product, poor presentation

It is a very interesting food to introduce in the diet, with great health benefits. The problem is the softgels that in my case arrived stuck together, but I guess this was a specific case and HSN solved this problem quickly.

Es un alimento muy interesante para introducir en la dieta, grandes beneficios a nivel de salud. El problema son las softgels que en mi caso llegaron pegadas unas a otras, pero supongo que esto fue un caso puntual y HSN me solucionó este inconveniente rápidamente.
