Taste pretty good, I use it at dinner and I stay satiated, yes. I took the strawberry-banana flavor and it is quite sweet, in my case it is no inconvenience but I know that there are many people who do not like it, for them I would recommend the unflavored option.
Sabor bastante bueno, lo utilizo en las cenas y me quedo saciada, eso sí. Cogí el sabor fresa-plátano y es bastante dulce, en mi caso no es ningún inconveniente pero se que hay a mucha gente que no le gusta, para ellos recomendaría la opción sin sabor.
