I have tried many melatonins. But I love this one. I take 1 capsule 30 min before bedtime and I sleep super well. I wake up with more energy and good mood.

Quick release
In my case it has not been the type of melatonin I needed, it is quick release and helped me sleep the first few hours and I needed a slow release to keep me sleeping. It has no taste.

I felt nothing
I took the whole bottle and I did not feel anything. I don't know if it's because of the amount I took but in the time I used it I didn't feel any effect and I take it together with magnesium.
