I've been taking it for three days and I notice that about half an hour after taking it, it gives me a very nice dream, then I wake up as is normal for me but I go back to sleep quickly, I recommend it even if the pill is a little big.

Pues llevo tres días tomándolo y noto como a la media hora de tomarlo que me da un sueñito muy rico, luego me despierto como es normal en mí pero me vuelvo a dormir rápidamente, lo recomiendo aunque la pastilla sea un poquito grande.

I didn't notice too much

You notice that you feel more relaxed when taking it, but do not expect miracles, if you have insomnia I doubt that it will solve it.

Notas como que te encuentras más relajado al tomarlo, pero tampoco esperes milagros, si tienes insomnio dudo que te lo vaya a solucionar.

So far I have been disappointed.

I took them for a few days, but woke up after three hours and had trouble going back to sleep.

Fulfills its function

It fulfills its function, has no taste, swallows well, has no flavor and if you find it hard you can easily split it because it comes with a slot for it. Of course for me it will be a recurring purchase.

Cumplen su función, no tiene sabor, se tragan bien, no tiene sabor y si te cuesta la puedes partir fácilmente ya que viene con una ranura para ello. Desde luego para mi será una compra recurrente.

They are capsules with the maximum dose of melatonin. The size is a little big but I have no problem. They work wonders for me, I sleep much better.

Son cápsulas con la máxima dosis de melatonina. De tamaño un poco grandes aunque yo no tengo ningún problema. Me van de maravilla, duermo mucho mejor .
