This is a second bottle I bought and I have to say it really works. I am taking it along with the gaba supplement and it is doing phenomenal for my sleep.

Like everything else it is a supplement to improve the quality of sleep, but do not expect miracles. Great if you accompany it with other supplements that work in synergy.

I love it, but I prefer pure melatonin.
I have been trying melatonin intermittently for some time, but in the end it works better for me without the 5-HTP. Even though this is an immediate serotonin precursor, I notice that I wake up more often when I take it, especially in the second half of the night. It may be coincidence, but I've been trying it for a while now and, at least with me, it works better pure, which I take from HSN also with B12.
Llevo tiempo probando con melatonina intermitentemente, pero al final me funciona mejor sin el 5-HTP. Aunque este sea un precursor inmediato de serotonina, noto que me despierto más a menudo cuando lo tomo, sobre todo en la segunda mitad de la noche. Puede que sea coincidencia, pero llevo rato probándolo y, por lo menos conmigo, funciona mejor la pura, que la tomo de HSN también con B12.

I have been taking this Melatonin for a long time and I wouldn't change it for any other. It helps me to rest and it seems like a goody, it is very good. The price is very good if you compare it with what we find in pharmacies.
