At the moment it is too early to evaluate results. But they are easy to take and I haven't noticed any side effects. I bought them to relieve my menstrual pain.

It has worked quite well for me.

I had very heavy and long periods (9-10 days). I removed the copper IUD I was using and together with the supplements, the periods have gone to about 5 days (heavy bleeding 1.5 days) and without having to resort to painkillers.

Tenía reglas muy abundantes y largas (9-10 días). Me retiré el DIU de cobre que llevaba y junto los suplementos, las reglas han pasado a unos 5 días (sangrado abundante 1,5 días) y sin tener que recurrir a analgésicos.

Very good price!

I bought this supplement in the hope that it will help me with hormone regulation, I hope that I notice an improvement in the next few weeks / months. The capsules are not too big, which makes it very convenient to take and the price just beats everything!

Ich hab mir dieses Nahrungsergänzungsmittel gekauft, in der Hoffnung, dass es mir bei der Hormonregulierung hilft, ich hoffe, das ich in den nächsten Wochen/Monaten eine Besserung merke. Die Kapseln sind nicht zu groß, wodurch die Einnahme sehr bequem ist und der Preis übertrifft einfach alles!

I will continue testing

I like this product because it seems to work for me. I have pretty bad PMS and it calms it down, makes me have less emotional ups and downs and more control over my weight. I have been taking it for 6-8 months and it shows. I don't see the need to increase the size of the bottle (it comes with the same amount of pills). Lastly, I would ask you to make a bottle of 240 doses, please. That way it is more convenient.

Me gusta este producto porque parece que me funciona. Tengo un PMS bastante fuerte y me lo calma, me hace tener menos vaivenes emocionales y más control sobre mi peso. Llevaré 6-8 meses tomándolo y se nota. No veo necesario haber aumentado el tamaño del bote (total, trae la misma cantidad de pastillas). Por último, pediría que hiciesen un bote de 240 dosis, por favor. Así es más cómodo.

Very effective! I start taking it 1 week before my menstrual cycle and I finish on day 4 of my period. I feel much more positive, active, calm and together with INOSITOL my menstrual cycle is regulated. Now my body works like clockwork.
