I bought it for an elderly person with osteoarthritis and although it is a little early but already notice certain effects and notice improvement, the only downside I can put is the price.

Some effects but not long-lasting

I've felt some improvement in my pain, it doesn't work miracles but you can feel something for the better.

Quality and ease of use

Excellent value for money

I have always taken collagen powder, but I found this one that is only one capsule a day and for the convenience and the good reviews it has, I have not hesitated to try it. Siempre he tomado el colágeno en polvo, pero he encontrado este que solo es una cápsula al día y por la comodidad y las buenas valoraciones que tiene, no he dudado en probarlo. Basic product in supplementation

Whether you are an athlete or not, collagen is a basic product to include in your supplementation. This one in particular, has very good references and it is the one that works best for me. With several injuries behind me, since I have been taking collagen I have not suffered any more.

Tanto si eres deportista como si no, el colágeno es un producto básico a incluir en tu suplementación. Este en concreto, tiene muy buenas referencias y a mi es el que mejor me funciona. Con varias lesiones a mis espaldas, desde que tomo colágeno no he vuelto a sufrir ninguna.
