Convenience of the sockets

Al tratarse de un complemento alimenticio, es complicado valorar de buenas a primeras la efectividad. Tanto yo como mi pareja llevamos ya unos 6 meses tomando el producto. En mi caso, soy un runner ¡con unos cuantos años en las piernas!, he de decir que no tengo molestias articulares. De hecho nunca he tenido. ¡Respecto a otras opciones, tomar una capsula al día resulta muy cómodo!

Expensive and no improvement

These collagen tablets are supposed to be effective. After months of using them, I decided to try another one, as I didn't feel much improvement in my hip joints and especially in my lower back, where the spine meets the pelvis.

Estes comprimidos de colágeno supostamente deveriam ser eficazes. Passados meses de utilização resolvi passar a testar outro, pois não senti grandes melhoras nas articulações das ancas e principalmente ao fundo das costas, na ligação da coluna com a bacia.
