I don't know if it works

I have been taking them for a short time, a couple of months, and I still can't say that I have noticed the results. I do rock climbing and my shoulder and elbow joints suffer quite a lot, and I can't say that I have improved with this supplement, so far.

Llevo poco tiempo tomándolas, un par de meses, y todavía no puedo decir que haya notado el resultado. Hago escalda y las articulaciones de hombros y codos sufren bastante, y yo no puedo decir que haya mejorado con este suplemento, de momento.

Since I have been taking it, I feel less pain

Since I've been taking it I notice less pain in joints and tendons. Convenient to take since it is only one tablet a day.

Desde que lo estoy tomando noto menos dolor en las articulaciones y tendones. Cómodo de tomar ya que sólo es una gragea al día.

Effective

I do spinning classes and other activities daily, I got a lump in my knee and joint pain, I started taking UC II and the inflammation is gone and the pain has subsided, I'm going for the second one to continue.

Good for joints

Very good results

I have been taking it for months to recover from a knee injury. The results are incredible. I have no more pain or discomfort. I am back to my running activity, although progressively.

Well tolerated, but no change detected

The collagen I tolerated well and it is quite cheap. Unfortunately, despite taking it daily, I have not noticed any effect even after 3 months.
