The only thing that has helped me
I have suffered all my life from quite intense PMS with severe pain every month. Lately I've had leaks and mismatches between cycles and the hybrid pill helped me for the first 3 months, but then the side effects started and I had to stop. I started Vitex 300mg and my pains are gone and my cycle is regulating. This plant is a wonder. I recommend it 100%.
He sufrido toda mi vida del SPM bastante intenso con fuertes dolores cada mes. I have been taking Vitex for some time, recommended by my gynecologist and endocrinologist, to regulate and reduce premenstrual symptoms, sometimes caused by an imbalance between estrogen and progesterone. I have tried other brands (much more expensive), but for me this brand is excellent, both in results and price.
Hace tiempo que tomo Vitex, recomendado por mi ginecóloga y endocrinóloga, para regular y disminuir los síntomas premenstruales, producidos en ocasiones por el desequilibrio entre los estrógenos y la progesterona.
