Better recovery
It is effective, I take it intra-workout and I notice a greater resilience and recovery afterwards. I combine it with a source of carbohydrates for better effect. I have tried punch, pineapple, apple and watermelon flavors. Punch reminds me of some medicine, the rest I have loved.
