I take it as a post workout. You have to dilute it well in very very cold water, so that it is pleasant. The taste is a bit sour, it lacks sweetness and freshness. It is effective, but it does not reach the expectations, I would not ask for the taste, I prefer to take a different post workout.

Lo tomo como post entreno. Hay que diluirla bien en agua muy muy fría, para que sea agradable. El sabor es un poco ácido, le falta dulzor y frescura. Es eficaz, pero no llega a las expectativas, no pediría el sabor, prefiero tomarte un post entreno diferente.
