Useful

It has been helpful for me to have more energy since it is absorbed by the body quickly. Since it is a tasteless oil I would recommend combining it with food grade essential oils to have an ever changing flavor oil. Too bad only for the plastic packaging.

Mi è stato utile per avere più energia dato che viene assorbito dal corpo rapidamente. Dato che è un olio insapore consiglierei di abbinarlo agli oli essenziali di grado alimentare per avere un olio dal sapore sempre diverso. Peccato solo per la confezione in plastica.

High quality C 8 MCT oil

This pure C 8 oil from coconut is great for my ketogenic diet. Well effective as an energy supply for my high work load and also for workout in my free time. Very reasonably priced by the way, only drawback the poor pour from the bottle. Nevertheless, a recommendation.

Dieses reine C 8 Öl aus Kokosnuss ist für meine ketogene Diät hervorragend geeignet. Als Energiebereitstellung bei meiner hohen beruflichen Belastung gut wirksam und auch zum Workout in der Freizeit. Sehr preisgünstig nebenbei, einziges Manko der schlechte Ausguss aus der Flasche. Trotzdem eine Empfehlung.

You notice the increase in energy when taking this oil within the recommended amounts, and it does feel bad if you overdo it (a non-specific abdominal pain like when you are nervous, but intense and lasting 2-3 hours). The bottle becomes greasy immediately, you have to clean it frequently...
