Magnificent mct

I have been trying cold-pressed coconut oil for some time, which I don't give up because I love its taste dissolving in my mouth (I keep it cold so that it has a solid texture). This MCT lacks that taste, but in exchange it is more concentrated in medium chain fatty acids, which I find very interesting to reach my energy demands.

Llevaba tiempo probando el aceite de coco prensado en frío, al que no renuncio pues me encanta su sabor disolviéndose en la boca (Lo tengo en frío para que tenga textura sólida). Este MCT carece de ese sabor, pero a cambio es más concentrado en ácidos grasos de cadena media, que me resultan muy interesantes para llegar a mis demandas energéticas.
