Sobre lo que refiere a atemperar la crema, puedes introducirla unos segundos en el microondas y remueves con una cuchara. También puedes tomar la cantidad que desees, ponerla fuera del bote, en otro recipiente apto para microondas y darle unos segundos hasta que tenga la textura que deseas. Quedamos a tu disposición.
