Indispensable for more availability of Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin D, there are also studies that it lowers SHGB and therefore increases free testosterone, along with meals high in protein, in my case 2 tablets at breakfast and dinner.

You have to give all supplements their time. I recently started taking boron along with silicon, for osteoporosis problems, so I can't give my opinion until I have the desintometry done. What I can say is that those horrible pains I had in my back are gradually diminishing. The capsules are super small. For now...very happy!
Hay que darles sus tiempo a todos los suplementos. El boro empecé a tomarlo hace poco junto con el silicio, para problemas de osteoporosis, por lo tanto no puedo opinar hasta que me hagan la desintometria. Lo que si puedo decir, es que esos dolores horrorosos que tenía de espalda, poco a poco van disminuyendo. Las cápsulas son súper pequeñas. Por ahora...¡muy contenta!
