Help, no miracles

I loved this supplement because it is without stimulants and it is noticeable that it helps, although it does not work miracles. You have to follow a diet and do sports. The capsule format seems very convenient, although I would make the capsules somewhat larger to take fewer pills a day. As for the price, I think it's good, although it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it, I bought it again.

El formato cápsulas me parece muy cómodo, aunque yo haría las cápsulas algo más grandes para tomar menos pastillas al día. En cuanto al precio, me parece que está bien, aunque es un producto un poco caro, pero vale la pena, lo he vuelto a comprar.

The capsules are very well sized. I take one capsule in the morning before training and another at noon with lunch.
