I don't know if it is effective or not because when I have incorporated it into my diet I have done so along with a low calorie diet and exercise, but the composition is very good and it can also be taken at night without interfering with sleep.

It doesn't work miracles if you don't have a good diet, in my case I'm doing well but as I'm on a regulated diet I don't know if it's because of that.
