Capsules of 1,18gr with 1gr of vitamin C, you can't ask for more, because the price is very decent too. They only have the capsule and the vitamin C. The size is easy to swallow and you have to take 1 a day (I do it in the morning). Good supplement as an aid to your sports nutrition.
