Brutal
I thought it would help a little but in 2 days at the beach I got more tanned than in many more days going for a longer period of time. Besides, now I don't go anymore, I keep taking it and I'm the same. 100% recommended, next summer come back home.

Good results
I always take it from May to October to prevent the negative effects of the sun. I also use sfp 50. I don't overexpose myself either. I notice that I don't burn as I used to and I get color more progressively.

Extra sun protection and maintains the tan
If you want extra sun protection (in addition to factor 50 sunscreen) this is your product. I use it from May onwards and it helps the tan, maintains it and also protects the skin from sun exposure (sunburn, aging...).
Si quieres una protección solar extra (además del factor 50 crema solar) éste es tu producto. Lo uso a partir de mayo y ayuda al bronceado, lo mantiene y además protege la piel de la exposición solar (quemaduras, envejecimiento...)
