When I saw this product I did not hesitate to try it because it contains beneficial components for the eyesight, antioxidants and also beta-carotene, which protects the skin from the sun and helps tanning (obviously with sun), it is not a self-tanner. If you have sensitive skin, very white, you get sunburned on the beach, take beta-carotene a few days before.

Cuando vi este producto no dudé en probarlo pues lleva componentes beneficiosos para la vista, antioxidantes y además betacaroteno, que protege la piel del sol y ayuda al bronceado (obvio con sol), no es una autobronceador. Si tienes la piel sensible, muy blanca, te 'quemas' en la playa, toma betacaroteno unos días antes.

This is the second summer I have taken this product and I have tanned more easily than other summers. The tan is more even and the skin stays more elastic. I take it from mid-May to October. Where I live, the sun is very strong and I am very exposed to it because of my job.

I've been taking it for a month and I'm already super tanned. the weather in Malaga helps a lot but usually, in the first exposures to the sun, I lose the color from one weekend to the next. this year taking this supplement I notice that my tone lasts. Depending on how you look at it

Since 3 capsules a day are necessary, I find it somewhat inadequate: 2 would be better given the size of the capsules. The price seems slightly expensive to me. It is effective in sun protection and skin pigmentation.

Siendo necesarias 3 cápsulas diarias me parece algo inadecuada: sería mejor 2 dado el tamaño de las cápsulas. El precio me parece ligeramente caro. Es eficaz en la protección solar y en la pigmentación de la piel.
