I prefer melatonin
I have taken it to replace melatonin and it has not had any effect that melatonin does not have. In my case I prefer HSN melatonin, this product is not for me.

More expensive but super effective
I always try to have it at home and it induces sleep much faster than just taking melatonin. The downside is that it is more expensive but I think it is worth it for the quick effectiveness.

I thought it was like the normal melatonin, and it turns out that you have to take two doses. I feel the same as normal melatonin but you spend more because you need two instead of one a day. It doesn't taste like anything, it's in capsules, perfect size and very convenient. I sleep better but the same thing happens to me with the normal one.
Yo pensaba que era como la melatonina normal, y resulta que está debes tomarte dos tomas. La siento igual que la normal pero que se gasta más por necesitar dos en vez de una diaria. No sabe a nada está en cápsulas, tamaño perfecto y muy cómoda. Duermo mejor pero me pasa lo mismo con la normal.
