Yes, it works. I get tired of the taste every night, but the formula, for relaxation and sleep, works. The effect is discreet but real. I used to take it to sleep but it didn't have much effect. I used to take 5 pills to see what would happen. Now I take 1 pill to get me to sleep and something works, I take them thinking that it helps and it helps a little.
