In times of stress, when I find it hard to stay asleep, one tablet is enough for me, if I wake up at night I fall back to sleep. The effect is noticeable within a few minutes of taking them. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste.

The Sleep Care capsules offered a moderate improvement in the quality of my sleep. While not the perfect solution, I did experience some relief from insomnia and somewhat deeper sleep.
