Better sleep quality
I have been taking it every night for a little over a month, 1 hour before going to bed. I have noticeably improved the continuity of sleep so I rest better. If you are one of those who wake up several times a night, I recommend this supplement.

They are effective, they help me fall asleep quickly but in the middle of the night I wake up and it's hard for me to continue sleeping. What I do is, instead of taking the two capsules before going to sleep, I take one when I go to bed and another when I wake up in the middle of the night, so it works better.
Son efectivas, me ayudan a conciliar el sueño rápido pero a mitad de la noche despierto y ya me cuesta seguir durmiendo. Lo que hago es, en vez de tomar las dos cápsulas antes de dormir, es tomar una al acostarme y otra cuando me despierto a mitad de la noche, así me funciona mejor.
