A sleep aid
I have been taking two capsules before going to sleep for a while and my opinion is that it helps to fall asleep. I have improved a little with nighttime awakenings, it is the worst thing I have, but I do think it helps me relax. Better to take this product than to get the body used to medication and chemicals. I will buy the product again.

Effective support for problems falling asleep, within a short time you really float and the body becomes light. Fall asleep just, you could say succinctly, but if you have trouble with it, it is not self-evident. After a few days (or nights rather) in a row, I have a slight hangover in the morning and need something until I get up to speed. But maybe I'm just sensitive about that. To recommend or just try it out if necessary, good product
Wirksame Unterstützung bei Einschlafproblemen, innerhalb kurzer Zeit schwebt man richtig dahin und der Körper wird leicht. Einschlafen halt, könnte man lapidar sagen, wenn man aber Schwierigkeiten damit hat, ist das jedoch nicht selbstverständlich. Nach ein paar Tagen (oder Nächten vielmehr) hintereinander habe ich morgens einen leichten Hangover und brauche etwas, bis ich auf Touren komme. Vielleicht bin ich aber auch nur empfindlich, was das angeht. Zu empfehlen bzw. einfach mal ausprobieren bei Bedarf, gutes Produkt
