I have been taking two capsules before going to sleep for a while and my opinion is that it helps to fall asleep. I have improved a little with nighttime awakenings, it is the worst thing I have, but I do think it helps me relax. Better to take this product than to get the body used to medication and chemicals. Nach ein paar Tagen (oder Nächten vielmehr) hintereinander habe ich morgens einen leichten Hangover und brauche etwas, bis ich auf Touren komme. Vielleicht bin ich aber auch nur empfindlich, was das angeht. Zu empfehlen bzw. einfach mal ausprobieren bei Bedarf, gutes Produkt
