It is effective for falling asleep, but it takes 2 or 3 capsules, so I would like more if they could make more concentration in each capsule. I take it only sometimes because it is not convenient to abuse melatonin (if it has too much effect it actually indicates problems with the blood-brain barrier), but for occasional moments it is very good.
Es efectivo para conciliar el sueño, pero hacen falta 2 o 3 cápsulas, por lo que me gustaría más si pudieran hacer más concentración en cada cápsula. Lo tomo sólo a veces porque no conviene abusar de la melatonina (si hace mucho efecto de hecho indica problemas con la barrera hematoencefálica), pero para momentos puntuales viene muy bien.

I bought the product to try something new with respect to improving sleep, and at least in my experience, there was an improvement but it was not significant. I understand that the effect is different for each individual.
