Novelty to be taken into account
I take melatonin daily with a relaxing infusion before going to sleep. I did not know this presentation and I really liked it: it is like taking melatonin with the infusion. I am testing it and I cannot yet speak about the differences with taking melatonin alone, but a priori I like the combination with GABA. The downside is that the recommended dose is two tablets.

La estoy probando y aún no puedo hablar de las diferencias con tomar sólo melatonina, pero a priori me gusta la unión con GABA. La pega es que la dosis recomendada son dos comprimidos.
