I think the best formulation of hsn in fat burning.

Very good product. I usually put it on fasting days, effective and cheap. Quite powerful, the truth is that with one a day I have enough.

Helps to give an extra boost of energy

I like it.

I have been taking pre-workouts for years and I decided to take this thermogenic. In my case the most noticeable thing is that I break a quick sweat and then it leaves me active for the rest of the day and I don't notice the drop at the end of the workout.
