I loved it, I took the recommended dose, I was previously taking the smart caffeine, which contained 150mg of caffeine and 200mg of theanine, I guess I didn't feel the crazy high because I was previously consuming half the caffeine. But what I would say, is that sometimes I used to shake, rarely, I usually train 3 hours, so I look at it excellent as a pre-workout, I have not felt fatigue and I have not needed to consume some intra-workout as I used to do before, I recommend the product of 2 doses for people who have a strength training or hit for more than 1 hour, but if it is 40 - 1 hour with 1 capsule would be enough. Me ha encantado, he tomado la dosis recomendada, anteriormente tomaba el smart caffeine, lo que contenia 150mg de cafeina y 200mg de teanina, supongo que no senti el subidon alocado porque ya anteriormente consumia la mitad de cafeina. Pero por lo que si diria, es que a veces solia temblar, pocas veces, suelo entrenar 3 horas, por lo cual lo miro excelente como pre entreno, no he sentido fatiga y no he necesitado consumir algun intraentreno como solia hacerlo anteriormente, Recomiendo el producto de 2 dosis para personas que tengan un entrenamiento de fuerza o hit por más de 1 hora, pero si se trata de 40 - 1 hora con 1 capsula bastaria. Excelente producto lo recomiendo.
