In times of drying or definition is very good supplement that provides energy and facilitates the transport of fatty acids to be more available at the time of exercise, which translates into a higher proportion of fat burned in an appropriate context. As a stimulant it is very noticeable the first weeks, until you get tolerance (depends on each person) to caffeine and you stop noticing it so much, but even if you don't notice this effect so much, it still does its job. I take one first thing in the morning and another one after lunch in the middle of the day.

En épocas de secado o definición es muy buen suplemento que aporta energía y facilita el trasporte de los ácidos grasos para que estén mas disponibles a la hora de hacer ejercicio, lo que se traduce en mayor proporción de grasas quemadas en un contexto adecuado. Como estimulante se nota mucho las primeras semanas, hasta que coges tolerancia (depende de cada persona) a la cafeína y lo dejas de notar tanto, pero aunque no se note este efecto tanto, sigue haciendo su función. Yo me tomo uno a primera hora de la mañana y otro después de comer a medio día.
