I think I have found the ideal all-in-one product. I do the same routines, now with much more intensity and the daily calorie burning range has increased to between 120-160kcal. I easily enter the Fat Burning phase, with I am in that phase more than 25-30 minutes (with my workouts, not sitting on the couch). On the subject of appetite, I notice that it does work and quite a lot, now I leave the Gracinia only for the evenings before dinner. You don't need to combine it with any other stimulant. I like it a lot because it saves you from buying each thing on one side. What I don't like is the size of the pills, as they could be improved, in tablets for example. I take one in the morning on an empty stomach with my Vit Womens (the best) and L-Tyrosine. The other one before my workouts (30-40 min). Thank you HSN, for creating such a highly effective product at a very affordable price.

Creo que he encontrado el producto ideal todo en uno. Se nota bastante el chute de energía, además de un leve aumento de quema de calorías (Lo he comprobado con mi Apple Watch). hago las mismas rutinas, ahora con mucha más intensidad y el rango de quema de calorías diarias ha aumentado entre 120-160kcal. Entro fácilmente en la fase de Quema de grasa, con lo estoy en esa fase más de 25-30 minutos (con mis entrenamientos, no sentada en el sofá). El tema del apetito, noto que si que funciona y bastante, ahora me dejo la Gracinia solamente para las noches antes de cenar. No necesitas combinarlo con ningún otro estimulante. Me gusta mucho por que así ahorras en comprar cada cosa por un lado. Lo que no me gusta es el tamaño de las pastillas, ya que las podrían mejorar, en comprimidos por ej. Me tomo una toma por la mañana en ayunas junto a mi Vit Womens(lo mejor)y L-Tirosina. La otra toma antes de mis entrenamientos (30-40 min). Gracias HSN, por crear este producto tan altamente efectivo y a un precio muy asequible.

Las pastillas no son muy grandes y su ingesta es cómoda. Su efectividad es muy buena. Con una pastilla (media dosis) notas una gran activación cognitiva (focus) y con dos una gran activación a nivel general, así como una disminución de la fatiga. A pesar de su alto contenido en cafeína, no me afectó en cuanto a la concentración y mis entrenamientos han sido muy buenos. Eso sí, no recomendable si vas a entrenar por la tarde noche, pues podría alterar tu sueño y descanso por su potencia
