I was not able to test its effectiveness on hair and shedding because I stopped doing it but the nails improved in hardness. I would have continued to buy it.

Not miraculous but it helps
I don't think it will help if you have alopecia but in my case with very fine hair I think it is helping. My skin has improved. Easy to take.

The composition is very good

It is true that the price is not very economical but I already spent more than a bottle and I see that in addition to the fact that my hair has grown faster I notice it is much stronger.
