Optimal for the intra or the pre-workout booster
I use the electrolytes in my intra and pre-workout booster to keep me optimally hydrated. It tastes salty, which is to be expected. It fulfills all the purposes it is supposed to. Unfortunately, the packaging is extremely annoying. The less there is in the packet, the harder it is to take out the powder. I still bought it again because the price and quality are right.
Ich nutze die Elektrolyte in mein Intra und Preworkout-Booster um optimal hydriert zu sein. Es schmeckt salzig, was zu erwarten ist. Es erfüllt alle Zwecke die es soll.
Leider ist nur die Verpackung extrem nervig. Je weniger in der Packung ist, desto schwerer wird die Entnahme des Pulvers. ich habe es trotzdem erneut gekauft, da Preis und Qualität stimmen.

Very good value for money. Taste a little salty as usual, but in the recommended amounts it is pleasant. I combine it with fructose and maltodextrin to make isotonic and homemade gels. As a point of improvement, I would increase the sodium content.
