When reading the ingredients in third place is maltodextrin (unflavored). I know that maltodextrin has the GI higher than the sugar itself or very high anyway. Wouldn't it be better to put a warning on the product presentation page? Also, it does not influence, if you are fasting, among other things to lower insulin production, but drinking water with electrolytes? Al leer los ingredientes en tercer lugar está la maltodextrina (sin sabor). Me consta que la maltodextrina tiene el IG ma alto que el mismo azúcar o muy alto de todas formas.
No sería mejor poner una advertencia en la pagina de presentación del producto? Además, no influye, si se está haciendo ayuno, entre otras cosas para bajar la producción de insulina, pero tomando agua con electrolitos? Los ingredientes en la pagina internet: Sodio, Cloruro, Potasio, Calcio y Magnesio. No se cita la maltodextrina ? Bueno, no se que decir. Saludos

The maltodextrin is used as a bulking agent, so that the dosage is convenient at home using a scoop and can be weighed in grams. Los ingredientes del producto son: Cloruro sódico, citrato de calcio, maltodextrina, citrato de magnesio, cloruro de potasio.
La maltodextrina se usa como agente de carga, para que la dosificación sea cómoda en casa usando un scoop y se pueda pesar en gramos. Debes tener en cuenta que una toma no tiene ni medio gramo de maltodextrina, por lo que no tiene impacto nutricional alguno, es un producto sin impacto glucémico ni insulinémico de forma significativa en personas sanas y completamente apto para su uso durante el ayuno.

Well I use it in my intra and pre workout to recover mineral salts good supply of potassium magnesium and some sodium. I combine intra with bcaa creatine and a small portion of some hydrate as cyclodextrin.
