Fantastic, I get 5g of these minerals and 5g of creatine in 2L of water with every workout, as I sweat a lot genetically, especially at high efforts. Oddly enough, they don't taste at all, unlike the salty expectation stated in other reviews, but that is most likely from the fact that I use 5g in 2L instead of 1L.
