I take a doser in a liter bottle. The first few days it is strange because it has a slight salty touch. But I do notice its effectiveness, and I can no longer drink only water when I train. It could come in a bottle instead of a bag.

Perfect for staying well hydrated while sweating. Personally I have noticed that I finish my sessions better when I take electrolytes. The taste of the water changes a little but you can hardly notice it.

The first day the water tasted a little bit bitter to me, weird. This is normal for any electrolyte product without flavors or sweeteners. From the second workout I got completely used to it, the water tastes different but I can drink it the same as before. 10/10 Again I do not like the closure and it broke when I opened the package.

What I was looking for
I used to buy the capsules but in the end I switched to this format because it is purer and although I am getting used to its taste, I add a little sucralose for the moment. I have switched to a container because the bags are not the best format to take.
Antes compraba las cápsulas pero al final me he pasado a este formato porque es más puro y aunque me estoy acostumbrando a su sabor, le pongo de momento un poco de sucralosa. Lo he pasado a un envase porque las bolsas no son el mejor formato para ir cogiendo.
