This is the first time I use this type of product. It gives a slight, almost imperceptible taste to the water. I use it to mineralize during fasting. The problem is that it contains carbohydrate as a second ingredient (maltodextrin) and it is not clear to me that this does not break the fast. I consulted and was told that it does not.... But... So I consume it when I go out for long hiking routes.
Es la primera vez que uso este tipo de producto. Da leve sabor casi imperceptible al agua. La uso para mineralizar durante el ayuno. El problema es que contiene carbohidrato como segundo ingrediente (maltodextrina) y no tengo claro que eso no rompa el ayuno. Consulté y me dijeron que no... Pero... Así que la consumo cuando salgo a hacer rutas largas de senderismo.
