Mucho mejor que el suero edulcorado de farmacia, yo le añado l-glutamina y me repone debido a las deshidrataciones provocadas por mis patologías digestivas. Tiene un ligero sabor que a mi me gusta.
Eso sí, si tiene las mano grande, te va a costar, por lo que una vez lo adquieras quizás si lo metes en un bote de vidrio hermético sea mejor.
