Since I started taking it, I notice I sleep better at night and it’s easier to fall asleep. I’ve also noticed that my body feels a bit less worn out after a hard day of training or work. I’m on the second pack and I’ll keep using it. It dissolves well, but it tastes really bad, one of the worst I’ve ever tried.
