Good presentation, the product dissolves easily in water, although the taste is unpleasant (in my opinion reminiscent of something fishy). It seems to be effective, I take it together with melatonin to sleep and I rest quite well.

It has worked very well for me.
I have been using this type of magnesium for some time and I stopped using it to try the citrate, I had to go back to bisglycinate because there is no comparison, I get a good night's rest again, I definitely recommend it.

Good quantity for the price. Initially sweet taste but with a fishy finish. Nice mixed with Greek yogurt or other flavored supplements. Too bad the scoop isn't the right size, you have to stand there and measure out a third and sometimes it's not easy.

Much better than citrate.
So far I have consumed Mg citrate with very good results at the energetic and muscular level, but this chelated form also provides me with mental balance improving my mood. Regarding the taste, I think it tastes good considering that most powder supplements are taken by holding your nose.
Hasta ahora he consumido Mg citrato con muy buenos resultados a nivel energético y muscular, pero esta forma quelada además me proporciona equilibrio mental mejorando mi estado de ánimo.
